Elimar started hosting TV in Venezuela in a program broadcast by TRT. (Táchira Regional Television) at the young age of 16 years for three years. Elimar was a camera talent for VivaVision! In Los Angeles. ViVaVision! produces streaming videos for VCast on Verizon Wireless.

 

In addition to TV Elimar served as one of the radio announcers for two radio shows broadcast by ESPN Deportes Seattle: "Contacto Deportivo Seattle" and “Zona de Strike” where She was also the executive producer.

 

Elimar also produces radio and TV commercials with her own company TeViOnline.com productions. 

 

Elimar co-hosted 2 seasons of "Seattle Sounders FC en Acción” sports TV program broadcast by UNIVISION Seattle (The largest Hispanic channel in Washington). In 2013, Elimar auditioned and was selected for the ESPN National Reality Show "Dream job - El Reportero" where she was a semi-finalist.

 

Elimar also was selected out of a national audition to be the hostess for "El hogar del fútbol" a XBOX & Verizon World Cup Brazil 2014 series of episodes.

 

Elimar’s latest hosting project is with AutoNotasTV, Latin America’s best source for automotive entertainment and education. Through AutoNotasTV’s web series, Elimar covers global automotive events and conducts executive interviews with industry leaders.

 

Elimar also works as a freelance general assignment reporter and/or On-Camera Talent

"Elimar Ugueto was a finalist in ESPN Deportes’ Dream Job 2014 contest. Thousands of people submitted videos nationally in the US to become one of eight finalists with the grand prize being an ESPN contract to work in Brazil for the World Cup.

 

Elimar was one of the final 8 chosen. Her personality, professionally produced videos, knowledge and her ability to connect with her audience were all reasons she was put in the final 8.

 

Once in the final 8, she was expected to submit videos, appear on ESPN Deportes studio shows and maintain an active social media presence—all this over a 6 month, non-stop contest.

 

Elimar possess the best skills of a great Sports and Entertainement reporter: Experience (15+ years), curiosity, desire, preparation and the ability to meet deadlines. 

 

She has presented and reported for many Spanish-language television networks outlets, newspapers, television news stations, and radio stations.
